A foundation built in the image of an artist,
mentor and community organizer from
Northern Ontario.
A foundation that is interested in the
promotion and diffusion of the artistic and
cultural product of French Ontario.
A foundation that actively participates in
highlighting Franco-Ontarian identity and
Francophone cultural diversity of Ontario.
Clément Bérini: Franco-Ontarian Artist
The Foundation addresses the main demands of artists from French Ontario and their specific situation (e.g. promotion, dissemination of the artistic product, exhibition space, artist fees, creation of a network to promote Franco-Ontarian art, reduction of isolation between artists through a variety of means).
Clément Bérini: Artist-Educator
The Foundation contributes to the creation of resources informing the general public and the school clientele about the past and emerging artistic heritage of French Ontario so as to foster Franco-Ontarian identity and pride (e.g. publications of all kinds in French and English about artists, their modes of expression and artistic intentions, learning units for use by schools to commemorate the work of an artist from the locality or region).
Clément Bérini: Artist, Community Organizer and Contributor to the Cultural and Economic Development of a Community
The Foundation is interested in the link that exists between artistic work, the community and the economy in Franco-Ontarian minority settings (e.g., art that expresses the identity of a community, brings together a community through culture and promotes the economy of same community [e.g., employment related to arts management; tourism and community beautification; service related to youth training; rehabilitation of the sick; offer of cultural entertainment; support to associations and non-profit organizations in the management of the arts; activities or projects carried out in partnership with industries and businesses in place].
Three objectives

Encourage creation of the artistic products by promoting and disseminating this product in galleries, through social media and during community or regional events, particularly but not only in Northern Ontario.

Support the development of work protocols within various non-profit visual arts associations to promote their development and support in the short, medium and long terms of relevant actions within francophone communities especially but not only in Northern Ontario.

Raise awareness among the general public, school clients and community leaders (eg, owners and general managers of local businesses and industries, people responsible for services offered by the municipality - health care, public transport, maintenance and beautification of the city [green spaces - park, urban spaces - street, heritage or other buildings, community gardens or others]) to the artistic heritage of French Ontario by contributing to a variety of manuscript and computer publications as well as providing support at events that promote and disseminate it here and elsewhere. (eg, regional or provincial touring exhibitions, purchase and collection of works, training workshops and conferences).

La Fondation s’adresse aux revendications principales des artistes de l’Ontario français et à leur situation particulière (p. ex., promotion diffusion du produit artistique, espace d’exposition, cachet d’artiste, création de réseau pour promouvoir l’art franco-ontarien, réduction de l’isolement entre les artistes par une variété de moyens).
Clément Bérini : artiste-pédagogue
La Fondation contribue à la création de ressources informant le grand public et la clientèle scolaire au sujet du patrimoine artistique passé et en devenir de l’Ontario français de sorte à mousser la fierté franco-ontarienne (p. ex., publications de toutes sortes sur les artistes, leurs modes d’expression et intentions artistiques, unités d’apprentissage à l’usage des écoles pour commémorer le travail d’un artiste de la localité ou de la région).
Clément Bérini : artiste et organisateur qui contribue à l’essor culturel et économique d’une communauté
La Fondation s’intéresse au lien qui existe entre le travail artistique, la communauté et l’économie en milieu minoritaire franco-ontarien (p. ex., l’art qui exprime l’identité d’une communauté, qui rassemble une communauté sur le plan culturel et qui favorise l’économie de cette même communauté [p. ex., emploi reliés à la gestion des arts, au tourisme et à l’embellissement d’une communauté; service relié à la formation des jeunes, à la réhabilitation de personnes malades et au divertissement culturel; appuie aux associations et organismes sans but lucratif en matière de gestion des arts; activités ou projets réalisés en partenariat avec industries et commerces en place].
Trois objectifs

Sensibiliser le grand public, la clientèle scolaire et les meneurs d’une communauté (p. ex., propriétaires et direction générales de commerces et d’industries locales, personnes responsables de services offerts par la municipalité – soins de santé, services de transports en commun, entretien et embellissement de la ville [espaces verts - parc, espaces urbains - rue, édifice patrimoniaux ou autres, jardins communautaires ou autres] ) au patrimoine artistique de l’Ontario français en contribuant à une variété de publications manuscrites et informatiques ainsi qu’en fournissant un appui lors d’événements qui en font la promotion et la diffusion ici et ailleurs. (p. ex., expositions de tournée en région ou provinciale, achat et collection d’œuvres, ateliers de formation et conférences).

Soutenir le développement de protocoles de travail au sein de diverses associations sans but lucratif en arts visuels pour favoriser leur essor et appuyer à court, moyen et long termes des actions pertinentes au sein des communautés francophones dans le nord-ontarien.

Encourager la création du produit artistique en appuyant le travail de promotion et de diffusion de ce produit dans les galeries, par l’entremise des médias sociaux et lors d’événements communautaires ou régionaux particulièrement dans le nord-ontarien.
