Vision of the Clément-Bérini Foundation
The Foundation is interested in the promotion and diffusion, particularly but not only in northern Ontario, of the Franco-Ontarian artistic product, resources that inform the general public and school clients about past, current and future artistic practices of french Ontario while highlighting the contribution of the visual arts to the identity of a community, its cultural and economic development.

Honesty of the aesthetic gesture and the relevance of the content it expresses is a reflection of who we are, our questions about identity and the path we want to follow as individuals, as a society and as a country.
Values and beliefs
Arts' acceptance of diversity (multiplicity of points of view, races, cultures, languages and religions) testifies to its willingness to engage, collaborate and create a society of peace.
Goal
The Foundation's primary goal is the promotion and dissemination of Franco-Ontarian artistic products for the purposes of promoting Francophone identity and culture in Ontario, and particularly but not only in Northern Ontario.
In order to:
• Support creative work (eg., exhibition in a gallery, museum, cultural center or during a community event),
• Contribute to the support of a proactive infrastructure (eg., conceptualization of strategic planning, performance indicators in arts management, budget development and rationalization),
• Inform and train the general public in the history and issues of art (eg., educational resources, publications of all kinds, websites),
• Diversify the economy of a community (eg., beautification contracts - mural painting in a building, creation of a sculpture garden in partnership with local business or industry; contract with a graphic design company to meet the demands for dissemination and promotion in a community; well-being support organization - mental health (art therapy) in homes for the elderly and for the disabled),
• Bring together the francophone community, to contribute to the construction of a strong and committed identity within this Francophone community and,
• Foster a dynamic and committed next generation of artists to the visual arts in French Ontario (eg., summer camp for young people, cooperative internship in the community - graphic design for a business, sets for the local symphony orchestra, advisor administration of the local gallery or museum).
